Return Policy

At Woof Fantasy™, we’re all about making you and your furry friends happy. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, our simple and friendly return policy has you covered!

 

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

• Personalized or final sale items are not eligible for returns.

 

Free Returns for Orders Over $50

We offer free returns on orders over $50. For orders below $50, a $5 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

 

How to Return an Item

1. Contact Us: Email our support team at info@wooffantasy.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

2. Prepare Your Return: We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label (if applicable). Simply pack the item securely and attach the label.

3. Send It Back: Drop off your return at your nearest shipping location.

 

Refund Options

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• A refund will be issued to your original payment method.

• Or choose store credit to find something else you’ll love.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 7 days of delivery at info@wooffantasy.com. We’ll replace the item or provide a full refund—no questions asked. 

 

Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. Instead, you can return your item for a refund or store credit and place a new order.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
