Handling Time: Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 working days before they are shipped. Our team strives to dispatch your purchases within 24 hours, or by the following business day.

Weekend Orders: Purchases made after 11 AM on Saturday will likely be shipped on the following Monday.

Delivery Timeframe: While we aim for efficient shipping, delivery times are subject to the carriers we use—USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL—and are beyond our control. Our estimated delivery time is between 10 to 20 business days.

Return Policy

We understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. Below are our return policy details to ensure a smooth process:

1. Eligibility:

Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the date of receipt.

Items must be in new and unused condition.

Products with custom logos are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process:

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

To guarantee your return, please fill out the tracking form below and provide the tracking number.

3. Refunds:

Refunds will cover the product cost only and will not include shipping fees.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card or PayPal) within 10 business days after the returned product is received.

4. Shipping Issues:

Any issues, such as missing or incorrect items, must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your package.
